Dr. Inia Soto Ramos, a Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV Sloan graduate, is an oceanographer and earth scientist for Morgan State University at NASA Goddard Space Flight Center Ocean Ecology Laboratory. She received her Ph.D. and Master's degrees in Biological Oceanography at the University of South Florida.
