International Internships

In addition to study abroad programs, 麻豆蜜桃AV students may seek out an international internship. Any international internship should be registered with the 麻豆蜜桃AV Global Learning Office. 麻豆蜜桃AV Global Learning offers several program types to help you find the program that meets your needs.

Types of International Internships

Affiliate Internships

These are programs that are organized by recognized study abroad providers institutions with which 麻豆蜜桃AV has an agreement. These internships may offer transfer credit or you may request 麻豆蜜桃AV credit prior to your internship. If a visa is required to intern, our affiliates can provide additional support for this process. These programs significantly expand the number of opportunities available to 麻豆蜜桃AV students, both in terms of destinations, as well as subject matter. All international internship placements offered by an affiliate partner are available to 麻豆蜜桃AV students.

Non-Affiliate Internships

These are international internship placements that may be offered by other US or foreign universities, study abroad organizations with which 麻豆蜜桃AV does not have an affiliation agreement. These internships may offer transfer credit or you may request 麻豆蜜桃AV credit prior to your internship. If a visa is required to intern, a non-affiliate program may have additional resources for this process. Students should always discuss their interest with a member of the Global Learning Office before depositing funds with an organization that is not affiliated with 麻豆蜜桃AV.

Independent International Internships

This would be if you find an international internship yourself and plan to intern directly. This is highly independent and organized by you. This would be an option if you do not want to seek credit for your internship (if you do, please see Non-Affiliate internships above). All 麻豆蜜桃AV students are required to register their travel related to their status as a student, so you would need to register your internship with 麻豆蜜桃AV.
