Spring 2025 Application Launch Postponed

Due to the recent impacts of Hurricane Milton, Housing & Residential Education has postponed the opening date of the Spring 2025 Only housing application. The application will now launch on Monday, November 4 in the Housing Portal.

New Application Process!

Please be aware the Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV Housing & Residential Education is implementing a new housing application process for Spring 2025. This means you do not need to apply on the day that the application opens to have your best chance of getting a space on campus. Students will now have until the priority deadline of November 1 to apply to be randomized in the first group of students who may receive a room selection time slot based on the current number of available beds.

Applications to live on campus for the Spring 2025 semester will open on Monday, November 4 in the Housing Portal. To ensure all students have an equal opportunity to secure on-campus housing, Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV Housing and Residential Education has implemented a priority application deadline of November 22. Those who apply between November 4 and November 22 will be placed on a randomized list that is not based on the day the student applied. Students will then be assigned to a room from that list as student room selection will not occur for Spring 2025 term. Those who apply after the November 22 priority deadline will receive more information after November 25 regarding availability on campus. 

If you are a new student, make sure you complete the Steps to Living on Campus so you can be ready to be assigned to a room. You will not be assigned to a space until all Steps to Living on Campus are complete. Please note that Spring 2025 housing will be limited.

  • Spring 2025 Application Opens

    November 4

    The Spring 2025 housing application opens in the Housing Portal on November 4. Students have until the priority deadline of November 22 to apply to be included in the first group of students placed on a randomized list to receive room assignments.

    Please note: Spring housing is limited. Applying before the priority deadline does not guarantee you housing.

  • Priority Deadline to Apply

    November 22

    The priority deadline to apply for housing for Spring 2025 will end at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 22. All students who apply between November 4 through November 22 will be placed on a randomized list for room assignments. Students who do not apply before the priority deadline will still be able to apply for Spring 2025 housing. However, Spring 2025 housing is limited. Those who apply after the November 22 priority deadline will receive more information after November 25 regarding availability on campus.

  • Room Selection Time Slots Emailed Out

    November 25

    Room assignments will begin on Monday, November 25. Students will be contacted by a member of the Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV  Housing & Residential Education team with more information about their room assignment. Check your Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV email regularly for updates.
