Working closely with a team of culinary professionals from Michael's on East, students gained valuable hands-on experience while providing Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV alumni and friends with an opportunity to support scholarships and programs in Â鶹ÃÛÌÒAV Sarasota-Manatee's School of Hospitality and Tourism Management at the celebrated Michael's on East — one of Sarasota's premier restaurants.
